These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our audiovisual solutions, including equipment rental, setup, and technical support, as well as live event production and streaming services.

In these Terms and Conditions, "we," "us," "our," and "Impact Audio Visual refer to Impact Audio Visual Services Pte Ltd, its affiliates, and its subsidiaries. "You," "your," and "client" refer to the individual or entity accessing or using Impact Audio Visual's solutions and services.

 

1.   Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the solutions and services provided by Impact Audio Visual, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2.   Service Description: Impact Audio Visual provides a range of audiovisual solutions and services, including equipment rental, setup, and technical support, as well as live event production and streaming services.

3.   Service Agreement: By engaging Impact Audio Visual's solutions and services, you agree to enter into a service agreement outlining the specific terms, conditions, and scope of work for the project or event.

4.   Equipment Rental: Equipment rental services are subject to availability and rental terms specified in the rental agreement. You are responsible for the proper use, care, and return of rented equipment.

 

5.   Technical Support: Impact Audio Visual offers technical support to ensure the smooth operation of audiovisual equipment during your event. Technical support services may include setup, troubleshooting, and onsite assistance as needed.

 

6.   Live Event Production: For live event production services, Impact Audio Visual works closely with clients to plan, design, and execute audiovisual elements tailored to the event's requirements. Our team will oversee the technical aspects of the event to ensure a seamless and successful production.

 

7.   Streaming Services: Impact Audio Visual provides live streaming services for events, allowing remote participants to access the event virtually. Streaming services are subject to technical considerations, including internet connectivity and streaming platform compatibility.

 

8.   Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including venue specifications, technical requirements, and scheduling information. Clients must also obtain any necessary permits or licenses for the event.

 

9.   Conditions of Rental: The equipment rented are the property of Impact Audio Visual. The client agrees to hold responsibility for all equipment rented for the whole period of rental until the equipment are returned to Impact Audio Visual. Any damage to or loss of the equipment are the sole responsibility of the client, which include death of bodily injury to any person(s), loss of or damage to material property, business(es) and financial loss, etc.

 

10.  Conditions of Sales: The purchaser / receiver will be responsible for the amount of items received. Impact Audio Visual will not be responsible for any loss or damage of any item thereafter.

 

11.   Payment Terms: Payment terms for Impact Audio Visual's solutions and services will be specified in the service agreement. Payment is due according to the agreed-upon schedule, and late payments may incur additional fees.

 

12.  Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation of services may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in the service agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms specified in the agreement.

 

13.  Limitation of Liability: While Impact Audio Visual strives to deliver high-quality solutions and services, we cannot guarantee the success or outcome of an event. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law, and we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

14.  Modification of Terms: Impact Audio Visual reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

 

15.  Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.​
